Terms of Service — Cuty AI

1. Acceptance. By using cuty-ai.net or any Cuty AI companion chat you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please stop using the service.
2. Eligibility. Cuty AI is available only to individuals aged 18 or older who are legally able to enter into a contract.
3. What the service is. Cuty AI provides fictional companion characters for conversational entertainment. Nothing on the site is a real person or a claim about one.
4. Not professional advice. Conversations are not medical, legal, psychological or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for those matters.
5. Account creation. You must supply accurate information when registering and keep it current. One person may hold one account.
6. Account security. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
7. Free and paid access. Some Cuty AI features are free. Others require an active paid plan, and the features included in each plan are listed on the pricing section.
8. Prices and taxes. Prices are shown before purchase and may include applicable taxes depending on your location.
9. Billing cycle. Paid plans renew automatically at the interval chosen at checkout until you cancel.
10. Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from account settings. Access continues to the end of the paid period already in progress.
11. Refunds. Refunds are handled according to the consumer law of your jurisdiction. Contact support with your order reference to start a request.
12. Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from the next renewal, never retroactively.
13. Acceptable use. Do not use Cuty AI for unlawful purposes, harassment of staff, or attempts to generate content involving minors or non-consenting real people.
14. Prohibited technical conduct. Scraping, reverse engineering, automated bulk access, load testing and probing for vulnerabilities without written permission are not allowed.
15. Content you submit. You keep ownership of what you write. You grant Cuty AI a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate the service for you.
16. Our intellectual property. The Cuty AI name, characters, artwork, page text, layout and code belong to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.
17. Character imagery. Companion images are illustrative depictions of fictional characters and must not be presented as photographs of identifiable real individuals.
18. Service availability. We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee it. Maintenance, updates and incidents may interrupt access.
19. Changes to features. Features may be added, modified or withdrawn. Where a change materially reduces a paid plan we will notify subscribers in advance.
20. Third-party services. Payment, email and hosting rely on third parties. Their outages may affect Cuty AI and are outside our direct control.
21. Suspension. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, poses a security risk, or is used for fraudulent payment activity.
22. Your right to leave. You can close your Cuty AI account at any time. Closure ends your access and starts the data deletion process described in the privacy policy.
23. Disclaimer of warranties. The service is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation, to the extent the law allows.
24. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to Cuty AI in the twelve months before the claim.
25. Indemnity. You agree to cover losses we incur because you used the service unlawfully or in breach of these terms.
26. Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including outages, natural events and government action.
27. Notices. We send notices to your registered email address. You may reach us at support@cuty-ai.net.
28. Assignment. You may not transfer your account or rights under these terms. We may assign them as part of a corporate reorganisation.
29. Severability and waiver. If a clause is found unenforceable the rest remains in force, and not enforcing a right once does not waive it.
30. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Cuty AI is established, and disputes go to its competent courts unless local consumer law says otherwise.
31. Updates to these terms. We may revise these terms and will post the new version here with a fresh update date. Continuing to use Cuty AI means accepting the revision.
